These terms form a contract between you and Continuly. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Continuly is a personal life-organisation tool. It helps you store information and documents relating to your finances, insurance, property, health, family and estate, and share limited access with people you trust. It is not legal, financial, medical or tax advice.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor codes secure. Enable 2FA in Settings for stronger protection.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload.
- Use Continuly to store card numbers, CVVs, PINs, passwords, online banking credentials or full account numbers for other services.
- Attempt to breach or probe our security controls.
- Use Continuly to harass or impersonate anyone.
4. Trusted contacts
You may grant limited access to trusted contacts. You confirm you have the right to name them and to share the information they can see. You can revoke a contact's access at any time.
5. Fees
Continuly is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features we will give you clear notice before charging.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee an uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance and improve or change features over time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Continuly is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by inaccurate information you entered yourself. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
